Actor Dylan Sprouse confronted and tackled a trespasser at his Los Angeles home overnight Friday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The trespassing was reported around 12:30 a.m. on April 17, after the “The Suite Life of Zack & Cody” alum held the suspect down until officers arrived. LAPD added that Sprouse was armed but did not draw his firearm during the confrontation.
After officers arrived, Sprouse declined to prosecute the man for the incident, police said.
However, the suspect was ultimately detained and arrested on an outstanding warrant unrelated to the trespassing. Law enforcement did not go into detail on that warrant, nor did they release the name of the man in the incident.
LAPD did not report any injuries in connection with the confrontation.
