Palm Beach County’s condo sales rose last week, while dollar volume fell.
Brokers closed 82 condo sales totaling $31.7 million from Nov. 17th to Nov. 24th. The previous week, brokers closed 62 condo sales totaling $50.2 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $386,830, lower than the $809,035 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $288 from $397, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $555,308 to $3 million.
Unit 1901 at Two City Plaza, at 701 South Olive Avenue in West Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $3 million closing. The sale closed at $1,000 per square foot after 84 days on the market. Frank Owen and Rhonda Shoumate, both with Illustrated Properties, had the listing. Colleen Foley with Luxe Life Realty represented the buyer.
Unit PH1903 at the Beach Front, at 4600 North Ocean Drive in Singer Island, closed for the second highest amount, $2.5 million, or $901 per square foot. Kevin Dickenson with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices handled both sides of the deal.
