PEMBROKE PINES – A GameStop employee accused of fatally shooting a person in the retail outlet has been billed.
In accordance to Pembroke Pines law enforcement, Tuesday night 33-yr-outdated Derrick Guerrero was functioning in the gaming retailer at 11069 Pines Boulevard when he noticed a male shoplifting.
He confronted the person who took off running for the entrance doorway with items in hand.
Guerrero then reportedly pulled a hid gun from his waistband and fired a single shot at the guy, hitting him in the torso.
Police claimed at no time did the man threaten Guerrero or display screen any sort of weapon.
The critically hurt guy was rushed to a close by hospital where he died.
Guerrero was taken into custody and has been charged with manslaughter
