🏆 Commercial: The Prestige at Palm Aire, a 39-unit townhouse rental community at 4091 Siena Circle in Pompano Beach, changed hands for $25.9 million. The seller was an affiliate of Pulso Capital Group, and the buyer was an LLC managed by developer and property manager Leonard D’Amico. The price amounts to $664,100 per unit.

The sellers were Joseph and Adele Werner, who purchased the property in 2017 for $4.9 million. James Kenny with K2 Realty had the listing, and Ronnie Hasozbek-Garcia with Premier Estate Properties brought the buyer.

The buyers of the 48-key property, which measures about 23,700 square feet, were KMG Holdings LLC, YLS Holdings LLC and 3139 Lake Shore Drive LLC. It last sold more than two decades ago for $2.1 million. The price amounts to $185,000 per key.
