MIAMI – The Miami-Dade Law enforcement Division is investigating the deadly capturing of a woman whose system was uncovered in a lodge room in Doral.
Police said responding officers arrived at the hotel on the 8700 block of 33rd Avenue, Monday at about 11:30 a.m., only to discover an “unresponsive woman inside one particular of the rooms.”
Detectives said the woman had apparent gunshot wounds.
Police identified the sufferer as Maritza Ceballo-Henrique. She was 57.
Miami-Dade Hearth Rescue responded to the scene but established she was lifeless.
