MIAMI – A South Florida mom is accused of trying to eliminate her a single-calendar year-previous daughter.
Police say Ashley Diaz set a pillow over the girl’s facial area while on a Facetime phone with the kid’s father.
He recorded the incident to display law enforcement.
When cops arrived at her Homestead household, she claimed she was just taking part in with the toddler, and was upset at the baby’s father.
Diaz, 29, was arrested and charged with 3rd-diploma tried murder.
