Scared, Potter? You wish you saw this reunion of Daniel Radcliffe and Tom Felton.
Nearly 25 years after “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone” premiered, the former stars — and sworn on-screen enemies — of the franchise met up at a screening of Merrily We Roll Along’s film adaptation in New York.
In photos of the stupefying moment, Radcliffe and Felton sported huge smiles as they shared a side hug. Radcliffe — who starred in the 2023 Broadway revival of “Merrily We Roll Along” alongside Jonathan Groff and Lindsay Mendez — wore a dark wash denim jacket with a brown T-shirt and black pants for the occasion. Meanwhile, Felton donned a caramel peacoat, a white T-shirt and patterned brown pants.
The wizard reunion comes as Felton continues to star in “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child” on Broadway after making his debut last month. Upon announcing he would reprise his Draco Malfoy role on stage, the 38-year-old shared he looked to Radcliffe — who took home a Tony for his “Merrily We Roll Along” performance last year — for Broadway advice.

“I’ve taken a few tips from Potter,” Felton joked during a Nov. 5 appearance on Good Morning America. “He was one of the early inspirations for me to come to Broadway. I think I saw him during his first show 10-plus years ago and now he’s a Tony winner and a big inspiration for why Broadway is so special.”
But while Radcliffe inspired his former “Harry Potter” castmate to take the stage, his chapter of playing the titular role is certainly closed — for now.
“I’m getting to a point where I feel like I made it out of Potter OK,” Radcliffe explained to the New York Times in 2022, “and I’m really happy with where I am now, and to go back would be such a massive change to my life.”
And while the 36-year-old emphasized he’d “never say never,” he admitted, “It’s not something I’m really interested in doing right now.”
Daniel Radcliffe and Geraldine Viswanathan spoke with Access Hollywood about their show, “Miracle Workers: End Times.” Radcliffe, who recently welcomed his first child with girlfriend Erin Darke, also opened up about fatherhood. He also shared about the upcoming “Harry Potter” TV series and if he’d want to be apart of that.
