Shake Shack, Face Foundriė, more | Dania Beach
Kimco Realty landed four new retailers at its Dania Pointe mixed-use development in Dania Beach.
Shake Shack will open a 2,800-square-foot drive-thru this year; facials center Face Foundriė will open a 1,500-square-foot outpost next month; and ear piercing center and hypoallergenic jewelry store Rowan will open a 936-square-foot space in July, according to a Dania Pointe news release. Also, lululemon will open a pop-up this summer. The square footage for the lululemon store was not provided.
Jericho, New York-based Kimco developed the master-planned 102-acre Dania Pointe on the northeast corner of I-95 and Stirling Road. It includes about 1 million square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment, as well as Marriott and AC hotels, apartments, condos and the Spirit Airlines headquarters. Dania Pointe is at 139 South Compass Way.

Ocean Bank | Miami-Dade County
Ocean Bank moved one of its Miami-Dade County offices.
The bank leased 4,200 square feet at 7700 West Flagler Street at the Midway Crossings shopping center in unincorporated Miami-Dade, according to the tenant’s spokesperson. The bank moved about a mile east from its previous space at 8700 West Flagler Street, also in an unincorporated area of the county.
Agostinho Alfonso Macedo is CEO of Ocean Bank, and Otany Martinez is the branch manager of the recently opened branch.
West Palm Beach-based Sterling Organization owns Midway Crossings, records show. The shopping center spans more than 668,000 square feet.
Venture X | Doral
Co-working provider Venture X moved its Doral outpost.
Venture X leased 21,000 square feet at 8400 Northwest 33rd Street, according to the tenant’s news release. The space is 2,500 square feet bigger than Venture X’s former office at 8350 Northwest 52nd Terrace, also in Doral.
The new outpost is within the 367,000-square-foot Westside Plaza. Denver-based private equity firm Ascentris owns Westside Plaza.
Ché by Chelsey | Miami Beach
An upscale women’s fashion brand opened on Lincoln Road.
Ché by Chelsey signed a two-year lease for 675 square feet at 830 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, according to the landlord’s news release. The store opened this month. Ché by Chelsey, founded in 2016 by Chelsey Comfort, moved from Brickell City Centre.
Lauren Robbins of Terranova Corporation represented the landlord.
Miami Beach-based Terranova owns the property. The firm is led by Stephen Bittel and Mindy McIlroy.
Niño Gordo | Miami
An Asian-fusion grill restaurant opened its first U.S. outpost in Miami’s Wynwood.
Niño Gordo leased 1,900 square feet at 112 Northwest 28th Street in Miami, according to the tenant’s news release. Led by chefs Germán Sitz and Pedro Peña, the restaurant burst into the culinary scene in 2017 in Bueno Aires.
Records show the Miculitzki family’s Miami-based Block Capital Group owns the property.
