Former “Real Housewives” star, attorney fiancé flip Coral Gables estate for $55M

Former “Real Housewives of Miami” star Dr. Nicole Martin and her fiancé, attorney Anthony Lopez, flipped a waterfront Coral Gables mansion for $55 million in an off-market deal.

It ties the price record for single-family home sales in Coral Gables. The deal came just eight months after they bought the home for $34 million. Records show their Lopez Strategic Manager LLC sold the mansion at 33 Arvida Parkway to Green Woods Trust, managed by Christine Hahn.

Dennis Carvajal with One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers, and Banna Fakhoury with One Sotheby’s International Realty brought the buyer.

Martin is an anesthesiologist and starred on “The Real Housewives of Miami” in seasons 4 through 6. She announced plans to step back from the show in September 2024. Lopez owns Your Insurance Attorney, a Coconut Grove-based law firm focused on insurance litigation.

They bought the Arvida Parkway mansion in the gated Gables Estates neighborhood for $34 million in August. Records show the 12,500-square-foot mansion was built in 2004 on 0.8 acres. It has eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, one half-bathroom, a pool, a dock and 225 feet of water frontage. The mansion also has a game room, gym and 2,700-bottle wine cellar, according to a previous listing.

It ties the Coral Gables price record set last summer when spec developer Alex Pirez sold a nearby waterfront mansion in Gables Estates for $55 million in a separate off-market deal. It’s one in a series of record sales this season signaling strength at the high end of the South Florida housing market.

This marks the latest pricey deal in Coral Gables in recent months. Earlier this month, Lauren Sturges sold her waterfront Tahiti Beach mansion for a record $32 million. Also this month, spec developer Irving Padron and architect Cesar Molina sold a waterfront spec estate in the gated Old Cutler Bay community for $36 million.
