🏆 Residential: In Palm Beach, a 6,600-square-foot house at 210 El Brillo Way sold for $19 million in an off-market deal. Maury F. Shields, et al, trustees of the 2012 Irrevocable Palm Beach Trusts, sold the property to Victor and Julia Tolkan. The Tolkans are managing partners of Washington, D.C.-based real estate investment firm Penzance. They paid $16.7 million in December for a house at 449 Australian Avenue in Palm Beach, which they bought from S.C. Johnson heiress Winifred Johnson-Marquardt, and sold it at a loss last week.
📊 Residential: In Surfside, a 5,500-square-foot, waterfront home at 8900 Bay Drive sold for $14.3 million, or $2,607 per foot. The sellers, Mark and Margaret Halpern, were represented by Jill Hertzberg with Coldwell Banker Realty. The buyers, Danny and Gabriella Yachad Shapiro, were represented by Zalmy Shapiro. The home was listed for rent this week at $35,000 a month. 📊 Residential: On Miami Beach’s Venetian Islands, Jeff Franklin, the creator of the sitcom “Full House” sold his remaining lot at 1236 South Venetian Way for $11.5 million. The Real Deal reported on this sale earlier this month. The buyer was hidden behind an LLC.
