Emergency crews responded to a major crash on the Palmetto Expressway in Miami-Dade early Friday morning that is leading to heavy delays as the morning commute gets underway.
Traffic cameras in the area appeared to show that all lanes of the Palmetto Expressway were closed southbound near Northwest 36th Street in Doral.
Video showed several Florida Highway Patrol vehicles, as well as ambulances to treat those who were injured.
It’s unknown how many vehicles were involved in the crash. It’s also unknown how many people were injured or how severe the injuries were.
