Angelina Jolie and 'RHOP' star Gizelle Bryant join daughters at sorority event

It was a festive mother-daughter weekend for Angelina Jolie and Gizelle Bryant.

The “Real Housewives of Potomac” star shared a photo of her with daughter Angel Bryant, 19, posing alongside the Oscar winner and her daughter Zahara Jolie, 21, at the Dearest Mother & Daughter: A Most Delightful Brunch Experience on April 26.

“Mother Daughter Magic,” Bryant wrote alongside the snap, shared April 27 on her Instagram story. In the photo, the duos, including another mother and her daughter, are elegantly dressed in pastel and florals.

The event was hosted in collaboration with the Pearls of Purpose Foundation and Nu Lambda Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Both Jolie and Bryant’s daughters attend Spelman College, a historically Black women’s liberal arts college in Atlanta, and are members of the sorority.

Both Angelina and Zahara Jolie were special guests and delivered speeches during the celebration, according to the foundation.

It was almost four years ago when the “Maria” star shared that her daughter would be attending Spelman College and then emotionally dropped her off.

In video posted by vice president for student affairs Darryl Holloman in 2022, the movie star and humanitarian said she was “holding it together.”

“I’m going to start crying. I have not started crying yet,” she said at the time.

In addition to Zahara Jolie, Angelina Jolie shares Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, and twins Vivienne and Knox with her ex-husband Brad Pitt.

Zahara Jolie, now a senior and member of the 2026 graduating class, joined the sorority in late 2023.

Gizelle Bryant, on her end, is also mother to daughter Grace, 21, and Angel Bryant’s twin Adore, who is also a AKA member at Hampton University in Virginia.

Last month, Adore Bryant re-created her mom’s sorority photo, sharing it on her Instagram.

The teen spoke of legacy, writing in part, “I have fulfilled a life long dream of entering into the sisterhood Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. A dream that completes my mother’s legacy.”

She also thanked her “Soror Mommy” for “showing me the meaning of lifelong sisterhood and service.”

The reality star commented on her daughter’s post, writing, “36 years later!!! This makes me cry. 🥲 #Legacy like no other! I love you Adore 🩷💚 Skee Wee My Soror Skee Wee.”
