Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume dipped in the first week of March.
Brokers closed 111 condo sales totaling $57 million from Mar. 2 to Mar. 9. The previous week, brokers closed 129 condo sales totaling $79.7 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $513,901, lower than the $617,735 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $311 from $366, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.1 million to $5.5 million.
Unit L-3 at Aragon, at 2494 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton, took the top spot with a $5.5 million closing. The sale closed at $1,155 per square foot after 88 days on market.
Michael Wells and Scot Karp with Premier Estate Properties had the listing, and Catherine Kohn with One World Properties brought the buyer.
Unit 803 at One Watermark Place, at 622 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $4.9 million, or $1,214 per square foot after 707 days on market.
Margit Brandt with Premier Estate Properties had the listing, and Adam Levitt with the Corcoran Group represented the buyer.
