Miami-Dade County November Condo Gross sales Report


Miami-Dade County’s apartment product sales quantity rose to $504 million in November.

November condo sales totaled $504 million, up from $481 million in Oct. Brokers closed 672 revenue last month, down from 772 income in Oct and 809 in September, MLS data from Redfin present.

November sale price ranges ranged from $83,000 to $19.3 million, with a median sale price tag of $400,000. The value for each sq. foot ranged amongst $94 to $4,631, with a median of $413 for every square foot.

A $19.3 million closing at Apogee took the title of priciest sale past month. Unit 1504 at 800 South Pointe Push in Miami Beach traded for $4,631 per square foot right after 68 times on the market. Hillary and Daniel Hertzberg with Coldwell Banker had the listing, and Leah Barney with Official represented the consumer.

The sale price tag topped October’s priciest sale. Pizza mogul and Massachusetts industrial real estate developer Sal Lupoli and his wife, Kathleen, paid $14.2 million for Fisher Island unit 5373 at 5373 Fisher Island Drive in Oct

In distinction, November’s most economical sale was an Ola Condominium in Miami, at 15201 Northeast Sixth Avenue. Device C110 traded for $83,000 — or $112 per square foot — just after 25 times on the industry. Elena Espino with KoRes Digital Realty handled both sides of the offer.
