MIAMI – The Broward Sheriff’s Business claimed they have arrested a Fort Lauderdale girl accused of functioning a number of therapeutic massage parlors as prostitution fronts in two counties.
Again in March of this yr, investigators gained an anonymous idea that Wanxin Li was operating two active prostitution functions, 1 in Oakland Park and the other in Stuart, Martin County.
Detectives say Li owned and operated a making, stated as a therapeutic massage spa, in the 1500 block of East Oakland Park Blvd. in Oakland Park and a storefront inside of a shopping plaza on the 1600 block N.W. Federal Highway in Stuart.
Investigators say the unlawful activities occurred at the suspect’s Fort Lauderdale home and both of those of the previously mentioned destinations.
Li faces rates associated to deriving help from prostitution, funds laundering about $100,000, and retaining a location for prostitution.
BSO investigators say there is no proof of human trafficking at this time.
