If the new trailer for “Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story” is any indicator, viewers are in for a wild journey when the sequence premieres on Netflix on Could 4.

The “Bridgerton” spinoff follows Charlotte’s (India Amarteifio) rise to electricity and her relationship with King George III (Corey Mylchreest). The new trailer for the present teases lots of romance and drama.

The clip begins with a youthful Charlotte using in a carriage, presumably on her way to satisfy her foreseeable future spouse. “There is cause they preferred me. Why me?” she wonders.

The person accompanying her says, “Charlotte, there are even worse fates than marrying the king of England.”

Charlotte before long fulfills the king’s mom, Princess Augusta (Michelle Fairley), and realizes that her new position will come with a great deal of expectations.

“You will make a lot of babies. As many babies as attainable for my son,” she claims.

Flashing to the upcoming, the older queen (Golda Rosheuvel) suggests, “My everyday living as queen was tough.”

In another scene, a youthful Charlotte attempts to escape the palace just before she has to meet up with the king. The trailer displays that the couple’s organized marriage acquired off to a bit of a rocky begin, but with time, they grew to appreciate just about every other.

“You are spectacular. You break guidelines, induce scandal. You are the most royal person I have ever known,” George tells his spouse in a single scene. 

The couple’s marriage certainly has its reasonable share of difficulties, as well, and the king’s workers appears to be decided to preserve strategies from Charlotte.

“I do not want to fight. I want to battle with you! Combat with me. Battle for me,” she implores George in one scene.

Thankfully, Charlotte has a legitimate friend by her facet: Lady Agatha Danbury (Arsema Thomas).

“Be watchful, you are the initially of your variety,” she advises the new queen at one position in the trailer. “You will have to protected your location.”

Some familiar “Bridgerton” faces seem at the close of the trailer when we get a glimpse of Charlotte in the potential as she speaks with Woman Danbury (Adjoa Andoh) and Girl Violet Bridgerton (Ruth Gemmell).

The queen replies, “Your flower metaphors make me nauseated with their sweetness. But I applaud your level.”
