MIAMI – The second once-a-year Lieutenant Governor Area Artwork contest was introduced Tuesday early morning to a team of eager college students.

The contest is an effort and hard work to get college students wondering about the area and our future.

This yr, kindergarteners as a result of 5th graders are questioned to showcase their creative skills in expressing the contest’s topic “Time Vacation to 2123: Florida’s Future as the Area Capital.”

Lt. Governor Jeanette Núñez announced the contest in her hometown at Dante N Fascell Elementary School.

“We have a highlighted artist that is becoming a member of us in this endeavor and it is Miami’s personal Mr. Romero Brito. Our finalists will also have an option to collaborate and to be ready to function with Mr. Brito, so I just consider all of that opportunity is a excellent group prize. We’re on the lookout ahead all over again so quite a few submissions,” claimed Nuñez

There will be 12 finalists, two from every single grade, who will gain tickets to the Kennedy Space Venter. There will be two Grand Prize winners who will have their artwork flown into area by a SpaceX rocket in support of an future mission
