WASHINGTON — The mother and father of a university student who was gunned down at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High Faculty experienced a run in Thursday with U.S. Capitol law enforcement all through an outburst at a Congressional hearing about gun violence.

Manuel Oliver, the father of Joaquin Oliver, was pinned to the flooring and handcuffed ahead of he was taken into custody while bystanders demanded that the officers cease the arrest.
His wife, Patricia Oliver, was also removed from the listening to by law enforcement.
It was not quickly obvious if police prepared to file rates in opposition to the Oliver.
The Olivers were being attending a assembly of a subcommittee of the Home Judiciary Committee named “ATF’s Assault on the 2nd Amendment.”
Reuters documented that Capitol Police claimed Manuel Oliver was arrested following he disrupted the hearing right before trying to re-enter the hearing place. The news service claimed he was specified a quotation arrest, which intended he would not confront jail time.
