FORT LAUDERDALE – A former staff of a Therapeutic massage Envy in Hollywood is accused of inappropriately touching a lady during a session.
The lady stated she arrived for the appointment on time on January 27th, 2021, and then eliminated her outfits, except her underwear, for the massage.
According to the female, all the things was typical for the to start with 45 minutes but then the person administering it, 35-12 months-outdated Danis Delgado, questioned if he could massage her inner thigh. The woman reported indeed.
It was then, she explained, points got bizarre. She stated his hand moved closer to her non-public areas and at a person issue he reportedly fondled her less than her underwear.
“The sufferer mentioned she felt frozen and could not believe that what was occurring,” according to Delgado’s arrest type.
When Delgado reportedly asked the woman if she favored it, she claimed she replied that she had a boyfriend and he stopped.
He then reportedly pulled her underwear down, designed opinions about her personal parts, and continued to touch them. The woman said she explained to Delgado she was good and wished to go away.
“The victim said Danis then massaged her breasts for a handful of seconds and then Danis explained to her the massage time is accomplished,” according to the arrest report.
The girl bought dressed and spoke briefly to the entrance desk attendant before leaving. The woman instructed police explained she did not tell the workers what experienced occurred mainly because she did not feel comfy talking about it.
She later called the police and the wellbeing division.
In the course of his interview with the police, Delgado denied any wrongdoing and stated his course of action for massaging purchasers. He instructed the police he would present them with a buccal swab to “confirm his DNA would not be present in the parts the target is alleging she was touched at.”
It was the DNA sample that led to his arrest.
Delgado has been charged with battery and sexual misconduct in the follow of therapeutic massage remedy.
