MIAMI — The Miami-Dade Condition Attorney’s Office on Tuesday confirmed to CBS Miami that misdemeanor battery costs have been dropped from Amar’e Stoudemire, the former NBA star who had been accused of punching and slapping one particular of his teenager daughters final month.
