FORT LAUDERDALE – A Florida Freeway Patrol trooper was taken to the clinic right after his patrol auto was strike on I-75 early Tuesday morning.
According to the FHP, the trooper was doing the job off-responsibility in a development zone at the I-75 southbound entrance ramp from Glades Parkway.
All-around 2 a.m. the trooper was sitting in his marked patrol automobile, which was parked in the ideal inside lane of I-75 when it was rear-finished behind by a blue Nissan.
The trooper was taken to the Cleveland Clinic and the driver of the Nissan was taken to Broward Wellbeing Professional medical Center. Each experienced non-lifestyle-threatening accidents.
The driver of the Nissan was given a targeted traffic citation for the crash.
