A Florida Keys boat captain has been charged in relationship with the death previously this year of an Illinois lady who was parasailing alongside with two small little ones before a mishap despatched her plunging into the water.
Daniel Gavin Couch, 49, has been booked into the Monroe County Jail on a single rely of manslaughter and was staying held Thursday on $100,000 bond, the sheriff’s office environment confirmed to CBS Miami News.
