On Friday, The Dolphin Organization submitted a federal lawsuit, accusing the county of violating its lease settlement. In courtroom paperwork, Seaquarium managers claimed animals within the facility would die if they have been forced out, and relocating could start off a damaging ripple effect on nearby business enterprise and tourism in South Florida.
