HOLLYWOOD — On the border of Hollywood and Hallendale, a witness states a person was driving by when a woman fell out of a shifting car or truck.
That lady was choking and fell about to the ground. The witness blocked traffic and tried using to guide. They referred to as an ambulance.
Witnesses say she had been shot.
