LIBERTY Metropolis – With black and gold balloons in hand, loved types of 13-yr-old George Harris Jr. collected at Charles Hadley Park Wednesday evening.
The colours, symbolizing George’s soccer staff, the Liberty Metropolis Warriors.
His coach, Shanton Crummie, remembered George as a participant who lit up the room.
“Just liked to smile, of course mentor, no coach child. All his teammates enjoy him. And just remembering him undertaking on the subject and just that enjoy for me and his teammates,” explained Crummie.
Football was one of George’s passions. His teammates remembered number 14 as an athlete who could make any participate in attainable.
“George, he would be on the industry — he would make anything at all occur,” claimed King Anderson.
But these who knew him say George was a star on and off this discipline.
His sister, Ja-Nyla Harris, remembers her brother as an angel on earth.
“It really is too much to handle but he knew all people, he was caring to all people and sweet to every person and he didn’t truly should have what took place to him,” stated Ja-Nyla.
