Fox News host Bret Baier bought a Palm Beach dwelling, soon after upsizing to a $37 million house on the island in August.
Baier and his wife, Amy Baier, bought the household at 244 Fairview Highway for $13.5 million, Redfin reveals. The sale comes almost two decades after they bought it from designer and island real estate investor Tommy Hilfiger for $12 million. The deed has however to be recorded publicly, and the purchaser is unfamiliar.
Christian Angle of Christian Angle Serious Estate represented the two sides of the offer. Angle did not right away respond to a request for remark on the sale.
Bret Baier is the longtime anchor of Fox News’ early night newscast “Special Report.” He is also the channel’s main political correspondent and co-anchor for 2024 election protection. Baier renewed his deal with Fox early, in September, Range noted.
