MIAMI — At minimum 60 folks have been arrested so significantly as component of Miami-Dade Police’s security initiative to crack down on the illegal use of ATVs, bikes and grime bikes as component of “Wheels Up, Guns Down” rides during Martin Luther King Jr. Weekend.
