MIAMI – U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz is back in the United States just after an 8 day journey to the Center East.
This was the 2nd bi-partisan vacation to the area for a U.S. delegation which includes Wasserman Schultz.
For the duration of the journey, the delegation met with leaders in Qatar, traveled to Egypt and Bahrain, and to Israel where they satisfied with families of hostages.
“Our reason and our mission was to make sure that we could ship a solid message to Israel and Israelis that the United States Congress stands resolutely driving Israel,” she reported.
The congresswoman says the U.S. is fully commited to negotiations for the release of the more than 100 hostages, such as 6 People in america still held in Gaza.
“It was significant that we not just indication statements and concern, push releases, and be united in our situation from thousands of miles absent,” she mentioned.
The congresswoman acknowledged the loss of lives in Gaza and mentioned it is devastating and states Hamas is to blame.

She talked about Israel’s social media war and blamed social media for the spread of misinformation. She also discussed the proof of sexual violence versus Israelis that she says isn’t really acquiring sufficient interest.
