MIAMI – A previous Miami Beach Commission candidate is at the rear of bars on a domestic battery cost.
In accordance to police, they were being dispatched to the dwelling of previous applicant Marcella Novela and her husband Ricardo Borkowsy for a domestic disturbance.
She alleges her husband grabbed her by the throat and pushed her into a dresser following the two received into an argument.
Her spouse told police it was because Novela hit him in the head with a shut fist.
Each had been arrested.
