MIAMI — CBS Information Miami’s Jim DeFede updates the developments this week in the investigation into sexual harassment allegations towards Condition Rep. Fabian Basabe.

DeFede was the first to crack the tale versus the Miami Seashore Republican. The investigation observed no evidence of wrongdoing, but there are new concerns about just how independent that investigation was.
