DORAL – A grieving widow and her family associates are pleasing for the community’s assistance immediately after a grandfather of 8 kids was gunned down after getting meals from a fast-food items cafe.
There were being psychological times Tuesday early morning as the victim’s household associates, law enforcement and a pastor collected at MIami-Dade Law enforcement headquarters to make that enchantment specifically just one year just after 57-year-old Gregory Denard Shaw was shot and killed.
Detectives also produced a surveillance image of the suspect. They say it was 5:46 pm on Monday, November 7th of 2022 when Shaw drove up to the cafe on N.W. 27th Ave. at 137th St. in Opa-locka and was confronted by a suspect who shot him a number of times.
They say Shaw then drove his automobile south about a block and a 50 % and crashed into a wall. He did not endure and the suspect fled northbound on 27th Avenue.
Household users reported the male recognised as “Huge Greg” had 3 little ones and 8 grandchildren.
His psychological widow Donna Shaw claimed, “On that working day a 12 months ago, I not only lost my husband. I missing my greatest good friend and this father and a grandfather. Oh God enable us. He was my greatest cheerleader. He was my friend and he was my soulmate.”
She reported, “He was a great guy. He was going to get food and he was killed and his relatives, we are suffering from not realizing who did this.”
She said, “I am inquiring if you have a liked one and you have it in your heart, if you have misplaced a beloved one particular or acknowledged individuals who have missing a beloved 1 that you would not want killed and somebody understands the facts and does not assistance. So, if you could remember to find it in your heart, you can stay nameless. They really don’t have to know who you are. Please assist us get closure. Make sure you.”
Shaw’s cousin, Sharraine Fulton, explained “We know that by way of God all points are possible and we know that by means of God we will get justice. We are still left with a gap in our hearts. He was a light huge and extremely humble. He liked to get the family jointly.”

Miami-Dade law enforcement detective Oscar Andino said this incident did not require a robbery.
He explained, “Mr. Shaw made a purchase at the drive-by way of window and as he was driving absent he was confronted by the suspect at which point he fired quite a few occasions into the vehicle.”
