MIAMI – Miramar police explained they have arrested a man needed in relationship with the sexual battery of a 17-year-aged sufferer.
Authorities claimed Maurice Toledo Cherry, 35, back again on September 10 of this calendar year, compelled the sufferer into a auto at gunpoint in the vicinity of SW 62nd Avenue and County Line Road.
“The victim was allegedly compelled to interact with Cherry in a sexual method,” police claimed.

Cherry was arrested in Miami-Dade on Wednesday and charged appropriately.
