MIAMI — A South Florida girl is going through costs immediately after she was caught on a neighbor’s surveillance camera Tuesday beating her toddler son, together with choosing him up and throwing him to the floor.
Yulia Storozhuk, 29, of Sunny Isles Beach front, has been billed with two felony counts of baby abuse, according to the police report. It was not clear if bond has been established in the scenario as of Wednesday afternoon.
According to the law enforcement report, a neighbor who lives on the exact floor at the condominium building in the 17000 block of N. Bay Street called police to report the incident.
The neighbor provided online video captured on a Ring digicam soon immediately after 9 p.m. on Tuesday that confirmed the lady buying up her 3-yr-old son and throwing him to the floor right before she kicked the little one at least twice, the law enforcement report suggests.
The movie captured the woman grabbing the boy and keeping him down to the ground as he attempts to get up, the law enforcement report states.
The mom was observed in a next online video pushing the boy in the upper body and knocking him down, according to the law enforcement report.
The officer who took the report claimed the boy had a crimson bruise on his cheek and brow as effectively as bruising on his arm and knee.
Storozhuk told law enforcement that she pushed her son simply because he experienced insisted on going to the playground and he was remaining “challenging” and “uncooperative.”
