POMPANO Beach front — A Pompano Seaside male was arrested and is going through charges after law enforcement said surveillance online video showed him stabbing and beating a female.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 15, near the 300 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard around 1:15 p.m.
When deputies arrived, they located a lady suffering from a stab wound and numerous damaged bones.
The woman was transported to a nearby clinic.
Police say surveillance video clip of the incident confirmed a guy arriving in the location in a silver Chevrolet Traverse.
On Aug.19, detectives determined the person in the surveillance video clip as 41-yr-old Andrew Frazer.
According to a police report, the female was going for walks eastbound on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard crossing Northwest 3rd Avenue.
When she crossed Northwest Third Avenue, Frazer can be noticed jogging southbound and approaching the victim from at the rear of.
In accordance to a statement, he then “maliciously stabbed and defeat the woman.”
After the assault, Frazer ran to his vehicle and then fled westbound on Northwest Fourth Street.
In accordance to law enforcement, the woman walked to a nearby business where law enforcement was notified.
