Amazon founder Jeff Bezos buys property following to Tom Brady in Miami’s ‘billionaire bunker’

Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, is shopping for an estate on an exclusive man-built barrier island in Miami recognised as “Billionaire Bunker,” the place he will be neighbors with a expanding checklist of famous people including Tom Brady, Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner.

Bezos, 59, is spending $68 million for the a few-bed room, waterfront house, which sits on 2.8 acres (1.1 hectares), Fortune magazine and Bloomberg documented. The Amazon founder stepped down as CEO in 2021 to commit more time to philanthropy and other jobs.

MTM Star Global is mentioned on Miami-Dade residence documents as the former owner of the household. The county web site does not record Bezos as the owner, but demonstrates the assets sold in June.

Guillermo Olmedillo, the village supervisor of Indian Creek Village, told The Involved Push he has no facts about the invest in. The village has a place club and its personal law enforcement drive.

County information display the home earlier offered for $1.4 million in 1982. The property has 9,300 square toes (864 square meters) and a pool.

Bezos is not new to Miami. He graduated from Palmetto High Faculty.
