MIAMI – Miami-Dade County has been awarded a $40 million grant from the U.S. Section of Housing and City Enhancement (HUD) that will be utilized to completely transform Cutler Manor Flats, an ageing housing improvement positioned in the Goulds community.
The announcement was created Wednesday all through a ceremony attended by Miami-Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, representatives from the Preservation of Reasonably priced Housing, Inc. (POAH), Carrfour Supportive Housing, and community partners.
