DESTIN – Former Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett, who also played for New England, Houston and Baltimore through five seasons in the NFL, has died. He was 35.
Mallett died in an evident drowning, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Workplace.
Mallett was a football mentor at White Hall Large College in his native Arkansas.
Mallett performed for the College of Michigan for a single year ahead of finishing his faculty vocation at Arkansas. He handed for 7,493 yards and 62 touchdowns in two seasons with the Razorbacks.
Arkansas athletic director Hunter Yurachek stated the college “dropped an very exclusive individual.”

Mallett was chosen by New England in the third round of the 2011 NFL draft. He appeared in four game titles with the Patriots through the 2012 period, completing 1 of 4 passes for 17 yards.
