MIAMI – A South Florida mother has been arrested soon after law enforcement investigators mentioned her 9-thirty day period-aged daughter analyzed positive for amphetamines.
On June 8th, at all over 7 p.m., the mother, recognized as Krystal Jimenez, named 911 declaring her baby was obtaining a seizure.
The baby was to begin with transported to Baptist Clinic in Homestead and afterwards transferred to Nicklaus Kid’s Hospital, wherever she was addressed.
The arrest report claims check success concluded that the youngster tested positive for amphetamines and was becoming taken care of for withdrawals.
Police said Jimenez unsuccessful to provide and guard the sufferer with care, supervision, and expert services necessary to sustain the victim’s physical and psychological overall health.
On Tuesday, June 13, law enforcement arrested Jimenez who confirmed she is the principal caregiver for the baby, but could not give an clarification as to why the infant experienced amphetamines in her process.
Jimenez was arrested and transferred to Turner Guilford Correctional Centre.
