MIAMI – A Miami-Dade constitution university instructor is accused of sending inappropriate texts to a 10-calendar year-lady.
Eric Givens, 29, teaches at Theodore R. and Thelma A. Gibson Constitution College.
In accordance to the arrest report, on March 3rd, the woman texted Givens, her former third-quality trainer, in regards to pupils not passing.
The female instructed investigators she been given texts from Givens that stated “Of wow, I wanna see you negative” and “Always desired to day you,” in accordance to the report. He is also accused of sending her a image of him only wearing boxer shorts.
Law enforcement brought Givens in for questioning on May possibly 5th. Givens 1st told investigators that he assumed he was texting the girl’s mother, according to the report. In accordance to law enforcement, there were being a number of situations of Givens texting the lady and messages from her building clear who she was.
Givens has been charged with offenses against students by an authority figure.
