MIAMI — The longtime president of a Miami-Dade homeowners association is experiencing expenses after being accused of stealing dollars from the HOA that was supposed to have been made use of for repairs and servicing of residences, authorities stated Wednesday.

Gerald Deangelo, 56, of Miami, was arrested on 2nd-degree grand theft prices, according to a law enforcement report. It was not right away apparent if bond had been established in the scenario.
