MIAMI – The mothers and fathers of a teenage lady who survived a fatal Labor Working day boat crash have filed a lawsuit against the few who owned the boat.
George and Cecilia Pino were web hosting quite a few teen girls for their daughter’s birthday bash when their boat hit a channel marker close to Boca Chita Crucial and capsized.
Eleven of the 14 persons on the boat have been injured in the crash, 6 were being taken to the medical center. Lucy Fernandez, 17, would later on die from her accidents.
The mothers and fathers of Katerina Puig, who say was still left forever disabled, claim the Pinos allowed the teens to drink alcoholic beverages in the course of the outing. They also claim Georg Pino, who was piloting the boat at the time of the crash, experienced also been drinking.
