MIAMI – A Pennsylvania man is dealing with federal criminal rates immediately after he checked in a suitcase with an explosive product hidden in the lining on a flight to Florida.
Marc Muffley, 40, is billed with possessing an explosive in an airport and possessing or trying to location an explosive or incendiary device on an aircraft, in accordance to a felony complaint.
Prosecutors allege that the substance was found in a suitcase Muffley experienced checked in Monday at Lehigh Valley Intercontinental Airport to Allegiant Air Flight 201, which was certain for Orlando Sanford Worldwide Airport.
