FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – The pilot of a small plane walked away unscathed after making an emergency landing at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport.
The pilot, who reported landing gear problems, flew around west of the airport to burn off fuel.
He then carefully brought it down on the runway, landing on the aircraft’s belly.
The pilot was the only person on the plane.
