MIAMI — Some northbound lanes of the Florida Turnpike were shut subsequent a crash involving a box truck in the course of the Friday night commute, the Florida Freeway Patrol mentioned.

There were first experiences that accidents may perhaps have resulted from the crash but officials have not verified that to CBS 4.
The wreck was documented shortly just after 5 p.m. on the Turnpike at SW 88th Road in Kendall.
The crash closed all northbound lanes of the turnpike but targeted traffic was shifting on at least one lane as of 5:45 p.m. Friday.
Officials have not disclosed aspects about what led to the crash or if any citations will be issued.
