Cryptocurrency entrepreneur Paul Prager offered the residence at 1000 Riviera Travel for $19.5 million to a Florida LLC managed by brothers Seth and Brad Cohen, co-chairs of Deerfield Beach-based insurance plan corporation Coverage Care Immediate, documents present.

The practically 9,700-square-foot mansion dates to the 1930’s and was initially crafted for the Busch brewing dynasty. It was developed for then-Anheuser-Busch president Adolphus Busch III by Francis Abreu, the Cuban-born architect driving local landmarks the Dania Seashore Lodge, the authentic clubhouse of Fort Lauderdale State Club, and Casino Pool, all of which have been demolished.

Prager, who established the crypto mining company TeraWulf, bought the 8-bed room mansion in June of past 12 months for $16.5 million and gutted its inside.
