Nigerian singer Davido is mourning the loss of his son, David Ifeanyi Adedeji Adeleke Jr.
In accordance to NBC Information, the 3-yr-outdated died in an apparent drowning at their home in Lagos, Nigeria on Oct. 31, just two weeks following celebrating his birthday.
Lagos police spokesman Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed in an email that neither Davido nor the kid’s mom, Chioma Rowland, were present through the incident.
Having said that, eight users of the family’s workers had been taken in for questioning and 6 have been released, he pointed out. The child’s nanny and a different unknown particular person are even now remaining questioned and, per Hundeyin’s assertion, the investigation continues to be ongoing to “ascertain if it was definitely drowning or normally.”
Even though Davido — who is recognised for his hits “Drop” and “Blow My Head” featuring Chris Brown — and Rowland have not publicly said anything about their son’s loss of life, they have gained an outpouring of assistance.
