FORT LAUDERDALE – A Boca Raton dog groomer was arrested after he was reportedly caught on cellphone movie abusing two canines.
Plinio Roberto De Camargo Jr., the co-owner of American Pet Pet Grooming, has been charged with two counts of animal cruelty.
In accordance to investigators, an personnel at the grooming services shot several video clips which purportedly display Camargo abusing two canine.
In a person he is proven punching a small pet dog, in another, he is “forcefully manhandling” a canine as it yelps in a tub, in accordance to investigators.
Arrest experiences present this was not the initial time Camargo has acquired grievances. Even so, this was the initial time investigators had evidence.
Camargo is out on bond.
