MIAMI – Months right after a child died at a South Florida daycare, his family is using lawful action.
Tayvon Tomlin, then 9 months outdated, was discovered unresponsive at Lincoln Marti daycare in Homestead, again in July.
Now, the family members is filing a lawsuit for what they assert is Lincoln Marti’s failure to adequately employees and supervise Tayvon and its failure to timely and appropriately complete CPR.
The legal professional produced surveillance video showing the tries to revive the toddler.
No one has been billed in this situation.
Miami-Dade police states the cause of death has not still been determined and that the scenario is open up pending even more studies by the clinical examiner.
CBS4 also reached out to Lincoln Marti for comment but have not heard back again.
