MIAMI – The Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity has been completely eliminated from the College of Miami after allegations of misogyny and spiking beverages.
A leaked video of an off-campus social gathering on Oct.1st displays male learners chanting about raping girls, and what they’d do to their corpses.
“It’s sick and it truly is ridiculous that they are chanting it collectively,” claims UM scholar Patrick McCaslin.
McCaslin is the student editor at the college newspaper, the Miami Hurricane, who initially noted the story.
Patricia A. Whitely, the College of Miami Senior Vice President for College students introduced this assertion:
“The College of Miami regularly communicates a very clear established of policies and anticipations to all of our Greek corporations that are designed to persuade a protected, wholesome, and positive experience for UM pupils.
