MIAMI – Remarkable cell mobile phone video received by CBS4 demonstrates what transpired as powerful winds from Hurricane Ian all of a sudden struck a community in Fountainbleau around Westchester.

Neighbors claimed particles hits a transformer and it explodes, knocking out power at southwest 81st avenue and 4th avenue.

Witnesses say it occurred six minutes immediately after 6 p.m. on Tuesday.

“It was like…really loud sounds…I was worried sitting in my space, viewing it from my sister’s home, taking the movie…See issues flying and the ability goes off,” stated Nataly Jadon.

“We heard a lousy boom. Sound felt like a massive thunderstorm,” said Marta Lopez-Grey.

“We misplaced the fence and we shed the trees. It was pretty devastating.”

Dozens of house owners dropped power.

Some explained they believed a tornado had struck their community, but apparently that was not the scenario.
